Writing Competition

One of my Ebook publishers, Gypsy Shadow Publishing, is having a writing competition based on this picture. The winner gets an ebook contract with them for their story. I think it's pretty neat.

The story has to be 3,000 words or more and the deadline is April 30th. There is no entry fee.

Anyone going to try?

Great photo! I actually stared at for a good minute or so.

It's not really my genre but it sounds like a great contest!

Ooh, a YA fantasy with the title of Jellyfish Moon. I'm not entering the contest, but somebody's welcome to take this and run with it.

Interesting. If I weren't already doing another contesty-thingy right now I would consider it. But right now I'm putting all my effort into that one. (Somehow I have to write about crazy flying fish babies in a short story. It will be ... interesting.) Good luck!
