So my old background just decided to die on me and disappear. After a moment of panic when I thought everyone would visit my naked blog all at once and gawk, I decided to go blog background hunting and I scrolled through hundreds of templates until my eyes went fuzzy!
How's this one? It reminds me of the tea party scene in Alice and Wonderland. I'm going to name the gnome Bob. He'll be my new muse. Everyone meet Bob the gnome. He's not as handsome as Roxy's muse, but he'll have to do for now.
Mia has an awesome quote on her blog today. I wanted to post about it and dedicate it to all those writer out there that haven't found their agent yet. (myself included)
Ray Bradbury says:
"You only fail if you stop writing."
And there it is! Never stop. Period.

great quote! I like it! And i really like the background too! i just did a re-design too (as you know) :) and its so hard to find one right for you- so many are amazing and gorgeous but its hard to find something that represents you and what your blog is about. i think this one is sweet!

Mine did that too. I was extremely upset..seeing as I adored the look of my blog. So I tried to find a new one I liked just as much..nope. I finally found one I could tolerate. And so I set it all up. And then for the heck of it, I was on the site and clicked on "Teen" in the category section of the blog background topics, and there was my background. So I re-uploaded it.
And then I had to go delete a scheduled post I wrote about how upset I was having to change my blog background!

Since I'm a big fan of Alice and Wonderland and it does remind me, I like the new look. The old look matched your writing, so I wonder if your writing will now head in another direction.
I LOVE your background! It's beautiful and whimsical. It does remind me of Alice in Wonderland :) And that is a great quote. Ray Bradbury has some real gems - I also like his quote about cups quietly filling with life.
