Duo with my Teacher
This concert was very special to me because I played with my role model, mentor, and teacher growing up. She provided me with a example of how to be a professional and I wanted to be just like her!
Wow, I'm tremendously impressed. You sounded beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen a flute duet with piano. Lovely. Even better in person I bet! Good job.
I can't wait to watch when I go home! I love musical mentors :) I too was lucky enough to have one, although I never played music with her except during lessons.
I think your blogs are fantastic and I've decided to award you the Versatile Blogger and One Lovely Blog Awards. Congrats, you deserve them! (See them on my page and copy them to yours, if you wish)
Aubrie, this is so precious. Thanks for sharing your talent with us so graciously. I can see you adore your teacher. Both of you are awesome - I was transported out into the woodlands with the flowers and elves dancing in the moonlight! Love, joy, peace Denise Bartlett, your friend and editor at Gypsy Shadow Publishing
You both are professionals--you take something difficult and make it look easy. Wow! Impeccable performance. You have two different parts, but you play as one.
