Nebula's Music is out today!

Here is the buy link
Here is the buy link on Amazon

This ebook is inspired by two things:

1. The character Data from Star Trek, The Next Generation. He is my all time favorite Star Trek character. I always remember this one scene where he plays the violin. He plays it perfectly, but without emotion. I wondered if a cyborg was made from real human parts, would it have emotions? Memories? And what if it was a woman and not a man?

2. The genre of space operas! I love Star Wars, Serenity, Star Trek, Star Gate, you name it. I wanted to create a world of my own with action, adventure, drama, romance. This is my first try.

Here is the blurb:

Each note brings her one step closer to the truth.

When the cyborg Nebula plays the piano she experiences memories from a time before her creation. These memories…which involve a captive rebel fighter being held on their ship…bring with them complex human feelings and awaken a desire for her to discover her origins.

Radian is the long lost love of the woman from which Nebula was made. He’s vowed to avenge his finance’s death and rescue her sister from the Gryphonites, a fierce race out to enslave the galaxy.

Nebula grapples with her identity and how much of who she is comes from someone else’s past. She is not the woman that died, yet she is undeniably drawn to Radian.

Together Nebula and Radian seek to rescue his fiancĂ©’s sister and end the Gryphonites’ cruel reign. But can Radian learn to love again and can Nebula accept a past made from someone else’s memories?

***As always, I'm looking for reviwers to post their review on their blogs and amazon. Is anyone interested?***

Ooo...Ooo! I'm interested, but you don't have to send me a free copy. I'd like to buy it and have it on my Kindle, so I can read it from there.

Congrats! I can't wait to read it again! And see how it has changed and such. *grins*

I'd love to review it on my blog. :) I will buy and read it in a couple weeks after I pass my new novel onto a friend for reading. Sounds great, Aubrie!! I love that you took Data playing the violin as your inspiration. Great idea!

You say "Star Trek", I say "YES!" Haha. It sounds like a very interesting concept, and I'd love to read it... but I don't have an e-Reader! Argh! And reading books on the computer isn't fun... will anyone have it available to purchase as a print-on-demand version? Because I really would like to buy it, read it and review it.

Oh this sounds so good! I look forward to reading it, once I get an e-reader. I love Serenity/Firefly, Star Wars, and Star Trek too! Right up my alley. :)

With that blurb and such gorgeous cover art you are bound to do well! My birthday is this month, I'm hinting at an e-reader. Yours will be the first book I buy :)

Love the cover. Congratulations on your new "baby."
I love Star Trek and am intrigued by the music providing messages. However, I too am so far without a Kindle.

Very interesting concept indeed! It sounds really good, and my goodness who doesn't like Star Wars!

My fantasy is about witches and warlocks, love, and deception with a need to accept that mistakes are sometimes destined to be more.

BTW: Was it just me, or did Sayid look extra foxy fine the other eve? Tee.
